Here are some details for our Thursday to Sunday event at Deming.

1: Arrive Deming at Quality Inn about 5:00 pm Thursday 4/23

2: FRIDAY -drive out to Silverton, NM 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

3: Social/Dinner 5:30 to? Location TBD

4: SATURDAY- 7:00 AM- at the track for tech inspection at 7:30 AM, Solo 1 event over by 1:30 PM

5: 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM Downtown, shop, look around, etc..

6: 5:30 PM to ? Social/ Dinner TECH QUIZ at dinner restaurant TBD

7: SUNDAY- Checkout, and return home

HOTEL: Quality Inn, Deming, NM 575-546-2661 "Diana" (MGR) confirm # 1032763175. Rates are: $ 75.00 each night per room plus tax, ( $ 254.82 3 nights, tax included) 

SOLO ONE Auto-X: Arroyo Seco track, ( 15 miles east of Deming)

Arrive at track at 7:00 AM for Tech Inspection. PLEASE do your own inspection before coming to this event, as we will also do a quick inspection at the track. Check for leaks, brakes, lights, throttle return, tires, wheel torque, gas cap, etc.. Bring your own Snell helmet 2020 or newer, no motorcycle helmets allowed, no loaner helmets available.

COST: Sign up/pay up before MARCH 28^th at the discount rate of $ 100.00 through Motorsport Reg or send a check made out to WTXPCA, 9805 Vicksburg Ave., Lubbock, Tx. 79424 ( before March 28th).

MARCH 29^th and later the rate shall be $ 135.00. You may also pay this rate at the track the day of the event by check or cash. Refunds ONLY apply to those at the discount dates and rate of $ 100.00.
